Take a breath, love. You’re safe here.
I know how heavy it feels to carry the weight of expectations. To smile through the exhaustion. To do everything right and still feel like something is missing. I want you to know that you are not alone in this. Here, in this space, you are seen, understood, and held.
Life can be messy and uncertain, but it can also be breathtakingly beautiful. A truly joyful, fulfilling life is possible—not just for other people, but for you. I know, because I fought for mine. And I will walk beside you as you fight for yours.
I remember the exact moment I realized I had disappeared.
Someone asked me, “What do you like to do for fun?”
And I just… froze.
I had no answer. No words. My mind was completely blank.
I scrambled, trying to think of something—but nothing came. Not because I couldn’t decide between a few options, but because I genuinely had no idea. I didn’t know what I enjoyed. I didn’t know what excited me. I didn’t even know where to start.
I laughed it off in the moment, but inside? I felt hollow. Embarrassed. Defeated.
That question shouldn’t have wrecked me. But it did.
Because it wasn’t just about hobbies. It was about the fact that I had spent so long putting everyone else first—being what they needed me to be—that I had no idea who I was anymore. Not just the big things, but the little things. What I liked. What I enjoyed. What made me feel alive.
And that moment? That was the beginning of becoming untamed.
Because untamed is a calling.
Untamed doesn’t mean reckless. It doesn’t mean chaotic. It means free. Whole. Alive.
To be untamed is to stop asking for permission. To stop waiting for someone to hand you the life you wish you had. To stop smiling through the desperation and finally admit—out loud—that you want more.
More breath. More space. More you.
That’s why I created Becoming Untamed. Not as a place for easy answers, but as a space where we walk this path together. Where we name the things we’ve been too afraid to say. Where we untangle the lies we were taught about what it means to be a woman.
Because you are not lost. This is the first step to becoming untamed. And I’m right here with you.
